fantastic stay, totally recommend!
clean room breakfast choices
our superior twin room was super clean and quiet, a real plus for a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet had so many yummy choices, even fresh fruit and pastries, it was a great start to each day. plus, there's a kids playground next to the hotel, perfect for families!
The robotic check-in was a bit impersonal. I missed a warmer welcome, especially after a long journey. it would be much better if they can improve it, but everything else was great!

the room included comfortable twin beds and nice décor. the layout maximized space and the soundproofing made for a super calm place. the temperature controls were effective.

Excellent stay near Humlegården park

I enjoyed the attentive staff. They upgraded my stay to a junior suite upon early arrival. The room view overlooked Humlegården park, a VERY beautiful sight to behold. The bathtub was huge, and the shower had great pressure. I found the food and service in the bar to be excellent, offering a broad menu and reasonable prices.
I paid for a fruit platter, though the order was lost initially at check-in. I was charged for it after all.

The staff was cute and efficient. They addressed all my questions with patience. i was upgraded to a junior suite. It presented a beautiful view of humlegården park. the room had a large bathtub and the shower provided excellent water pressure. I appreciated this. the bar and restaurant provided both excellent food and service. The broad menu offered diverse options.

lovely stay near humlegården!
breakfast options helpful staff quiet room
I really enjoyed the breakfast. It had lots of options and a nice space to sit (i especially liked the pastries!). the hotel staff were helpful. the king room was clean with everything i needed. it was quiet since it faced away from the road.
the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and it took a few tries to get it fixed. i had to call reception more than once, a bit inconvenient.
